Shipping policy

In stock pieces will ship within 3-4 days of order confirmation. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.

Because of the lengthy ceramic process, custom orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete and prepare for shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.

Once an order is marked as delivered, I am not responsible for replacing any stolen or missing packages. If you are concerned about porch piracy, I highly recommend that you contact us to require a signature upon delivery.

For international orders, please understand I cannot be responsible for lost or missing orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. I do not refund shipping for orders returned as rejected because of customs fees.
